Where is the office located?

Redlands, CA. We offer online counseling within California. All online counseling is via secure telehealth platforms. By appointment only- no walk ins accepted. 

Do you offer a free consultation?

 Yes, we provide free 15-20 minute consultations via phone or videoconferencing to meet and to discuss if we might be a good match. If not, we are more than happy to help you find your best fit. 

How do I book an appointment?

You can book your free 15 minute consultation or first therapy appointment in the "contact us" page or by calling our office to schedule. 

Do you accept insurance?

We are in network with the following insurance:


  • UnitedHealthcare
  • Oxford Health Plans
  • Aetna
  • UMR
  • Oscar
  • UHC Student Resources
  • AllSavers UHC
  • Harvard Pilgrim
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)


If we are out-of-network with your health insurance and you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, our services can be covered in full or in part by using your out-of-network benefits.  Questions below are also a valuable starting place to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:


  • Does my health insurance plan include out of network mental health benefits?
  • Do I have an out of network deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Do you offer evenings/weekend appointments?

Yes, we accept evening and Saturday appointments. 

What is your cancellation policy?

 24 business hours notice is required to cancel appointments without a fee, however, we prefer 48-72 hours notice when possible so I can offer the slot to someone in need. All late cancellations/ No show incur a $75 fee.
